Refrigerated Air Dryers

Having the support of an expert team, we have successfully developed Refrigerated Air Dryers. These dryers worked on the principle of compressed air with saturated water vapor that enters the dryer’s pre-cooling device. This air is cooled down with outgoing cold air, thus reducing the load of the system. This pre-cooled air enters the evaporator where heat gets released and is absorbed by the media reaching the pre-set temperature (2-4°C). After cooling the vapor gets converted into droplets and is separated by steam separator and flows out of the dryer with the assistance of automatic drainer. After that the cool air enters into pre-cooling device’s shell side for exchanging heat. This leaves the dryer to get heated up to the temperature of 10°C lower than that of inlet air.
